Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust is at the start of an exciting journey to transform our services for local people.

The Associate Director of Facilities Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Trust as leader of both our Estates and Facilities teams.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive/Director of Strategy, you will lead the redesign of our facilities management function and recommend innovative strategies to maximise effectiveness and efficiency within the Trust.

The scope of this role offers a wide range of strategic, leadership, operational and project opportunities. 

The successful candidate will also be an important influencer as a key member the senior leadership team. 

If you are an experienced and qualified facilities and estates manager with proven record of achievement, this is the challenge you are looking for.

You will have diverse experiences, technical knowledge and the ability to lead during transformational change. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate an extensive understanding of NHS estates and facilities services but direct NHS experience is not necessarily required.

Shortlisting Date - 9th April 2019

Interviews will be chaired by the Deputy Chief Executive/Director of Strategy and will be held on 24th April 2019.
