An exciting opportunity has arisen on the Trauma and Orthopaedic ward on Ward 14A at Southport Hospital.
Ward 14A is a 30 bedded acute orthopaedic trauma ward. The ward is
divided into 4 side rooms and 4 bays – one of the bays being utilised for patients that have additional care needs.
We have support from a trauma nurse and have a strong multi-disciplinary team approach with the therapy team being based on the ward and offering a seven day service.
There are many opportunities within the ward to expand your knowledge and skills and you will encounter a rich amount of experience from those who already work here and we hope that through experience and hard work you will enjoy working with us and become confident and competent practitioners.
